Reservation Policies
Policies regarding Reservations
We want to ensure that all prospective guests understand and accept our "No-Show" and "Reservation Cancellation" policy. If some do not, we would respectfully ask them to find a different lodging property more in line with their expectations.
No-Shows
Cabins will be held for the entire length of a guest's reserved stay. ~ There will be no refund for nights unused.
Reservation Cancellation
There will be no cost to cancel 3 calendar days or more prior to day of arrival. ~ There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation cost if cancelled 1 or 2 calendar days prior to date of arrival. ~ There will be no refund if cancelled on the date of arrival.
